We're pleased to confirm that the email deliverability issue affecting alerts to Outlook and Hotmail addresses has now been resolved.

Investigating
Following our recent server upgrade to faster, more secure infrastructure, some customers may notice that email alerts to Outlook and Hotmail addresses are arriving late or occasionally being flagged as spam.
This is because our previous server had built up a long-standing delivery reputation with email providers, whereas our new server is still establishing its own. Outlook and Hotmail in particular take time to recognise a new sender, which can affect how quickly alerts get through.
