SSL issue
Resolved - Resolved: All HugoFox sites are now back online and operating normally. The upstream issue affecting our certificate provider has been fixed and full service has been restored.

Identified - Update: We've identified today's issue as a service disruption at Let's Encrypt, the certificate authority we use to provide SSL for HugoFox sites. While the underlying cause is outside our direct control, our team is applying a workaround now and affected sites are coming back online progressively.

Thank you for your patience — we'll post another update once everything is fully restored.

deliverability issues
Resolved - We're pleased to confirm that the email deliverability issue affecting alerts to Outlook and Hotmail addresses has now been resolved.

It may take a day or two for things to fully settle as providers catch up, so if you continue to experience any deliverability issues, please let us know at team@hugofox.com so we can look into it.

Investigating - Following our recent server upgrade to faster, more secure infrastructure, some customers may notice that email alerts to Outlook and Hotmail addresses are arriving late or occasionally being flagged as spam.

This is because our previous server had built up a long-standing delivery reputation with email providers, whereas our new server is still establishing its own. Outlook and Hotmail in particular take time to recognise a new sender, which can affect how quickly alerts get through.

Our technical team is actively working to improve deliverability so alerts come through reliably again. We'll update this status page as things improve. Thank you for your patience, if you have any questions or would like updates in the meantime, please get in touch and we'll keep you in the loop.
